1) The information provided to us must be honest
and correct.
2) Any mortgage / remortgage deals and advice given
is based solely on the information you provide us
with.
3) Upon completing any forms on our website, you
are not obligated to contact any business
with us. It is your decision if you wish to proceed
with any mortgage products once full details are
provided to you.
Affiliates:
1) Affiliates must not send unsolicited commercial
email (UCE) or spam. Any affiliate that spams will
have their account removed and all commission will
be lost. If in doubt, affiliates must contact the
affiliate helpdesk prior to any marketing efforts.
2) Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes
on profits made.
3) Affiliates must not abuse our systems
or any 3rd party system.
4) Affiliates will be paid £3.00 per qualified
lead from their own affiliate link, and £1.00
per lead from their downline. An affiliates "downline"
consists of other affiliates that join under the
affiliates link, and affiliates that join via these
affiliates, i.e., 2 levels deep. A qualified lead
is a lead where the details entered are legitimate,
the person is aged 18 or over, the loan amount is
£25,000 or more, a UK resident and the telephone
number is correct. Any leads that are generated
using fake details will not have commission
paid on them and commission will be deducted from
the system for any "bogus" leads.
5) In the event that a lead is generated twice,
only one payment will be paid. If the duplicate
lead comes from another affiliate, the first affiliate
to generate the lead will be paid for that lead.
6) Affiliates must not promote our website
by giving out false information.
7) Commission is paid once an affiliate has generated
£30.00 or more in commission. Commission payments
are made on the 1st of every month. If an affiliate
has less than £30.00 commission on the 1st
of any month, their commission will carry over to
the next month until they have reached £30.00.
Commission cannot be paid out until the £30.00
has been reached.
8) Commission
is paid by UK cheque in £UK. However, affiliates
may enter their PayPal email address on their account
to be paid by PayPal. If a PayPal email address
is added to an affiliates account, all payments
will be made via PayPal. If a payment is made to
an affiliate via PayPal and the affiliate, for whatever
reason, cannot access their PayPal account we cannot
recall the payment from PayPal. UKMortgageSaver
reserve the right to remove / suspend this affiliate
scheme at anytime, however notice will be given
to all affiliates prior to any actions taken. Affiliate
details will never be given to any 3rd party or
used or marketing. We will only contact affiliates
in relation to their affiliate account with us.
9) Abuse from affiliates is
not tolerated. Abuse to other internet users, other
affiliates, 3rd party providers or any members of
staff may result in the termination of the affiliates
account. Under such circumstances, any commission
due is payable at the sole discretion of the company
